Since the1990s, the real estate industry market curtain went up, the real estateindustry has been a concern, the real estate industry is a typical capital-intensiveindustry, and the associated downstream industry for more than60, while playingwith the national macro-regulation of combination punches, real estate profits aresqueezed to some extent.Since2007, investment in the real estate industry showexplosive growth, today, many of the domestic industry leader in the real estatemarket under their own piece of cloth, the number of real estate companies surgedfor a time, competition has become fierce. The real estate business by means of taxplanning is necessary to reduce the financial pressure to reduce costs, to lay thefoundation for the development of enterprises. In this paper, a real estate business asa starting point, combined with the company specific practical experience, exploreplanning methods, the paper reads as follows:The first part is the introduction which introduced the background,significance of the topic, the current research, the basic theory of tax planning, themain research ideas and basic structure. No in-depth understanding of the topics onthe existing research results and theories not fully understood, it is easy to repeatedlow-level, the Department is divided into the follow-up study conducted by thefoundation.The second part is the real estate development projects related to tax planninganalysis, presentation of the operating characteristics of real estate developmentcompanies and tax environment. The real estate industry has the particularity of itsoperation and management of an industry did not fully understand the study on taxplanning is not made meaningful research results, and the writing of this part of theresearch results achieved with a certain depth is not without benefits.The third part is KD Real Estate Co., Ltd. tax planning case studies, discussionsof specific tax planning methods in practice how to use. This part is the core, through the practical application of effective tax planning to explore the path toactively trying to enrich existing research results provide reference for practicaloperation of the relevant employees.
