Based on the rapid development background of the Internet financial, this paperstudies the relationship between the Internet financial and commercial banks,thispaper argues there will be three types of relationships between Internet financial andcommercial banking: competition relationship, complementary relationships andcooperation relationship. The relationship between the Internet financial andcommercial banks are mainly competition relationship in short-term,but the Internetfinancial will not be shaken the position of commercial banks, both of the them havetheir own advantages and disadvantages, and can continue to be complementary;Internet financial and commercial banks will be inclined to cooperate in the longterm,but the partnership between of them, need to be established in an effectivecompliance mechanisms, so as to make them keep long-term cooperation.Internet financial and commercial bank trends obviously to be cooperative,in thelong term, This paper proposes two cooperation models of Internet financial andcommercial banks: information resources sharing cooperation model and sharingservices platform cooperation model; The cooperation income distribution betweeninternet financial and commercial banks, this article provides three solution method:Shapely value analysis, negotiation solution, Raiffa allocation,then compares thesethree distribution methods: Shapely value analysis, non-discriminatory, fair andimpartial; negotiated solution, is helpfull relatively to the stronger commercial banks;Raiffa solution is favorable relatively of the weaker Internet financial; which type ofdistribution method shoud be adopted, decided by the financial authorities,and thefinancial authorities should be combined with China’s actual situation, to makereasonable arrangements. This paper suggests financial authorities should activelyguide Internet financial and commercial banks complement each other, to avoidexcessive competition; and make efforts to create a fair and equitable businessenvironment for Internet financial and commercial banks; and strengthen risk control and guard against systemic risk.The contents of this paper is as follows: Firstly, this article combed the historicalprocess, the development of the status quo and development trend of,as well as thefuture development of Internet financial at home and abroad. And found the nationalpolicies for the Internet banking,so as to gain a deeper grasp on Internet financial.Secondly, making Analysis of the competition between Internet financial andcommercial banks, the impacts of the former on the latter, and the measurescommercial of banks to enhance the competitiveness; Again, this paper analyzes thestrengths and weaknesses of the Internet financial and commercial banks, andexplores the complementary relationship of them. Again, this article focuses on thegame between the commercial banks and Internet financial, and analysis of variousgains of commercial banks and the Internet financial in cooperation and competitionwith game theory research, as well as to solve the conditions of competition andcooperate, so that each one can make their own decisions maximize,so as to achieveoptimal benefits. Finally, this paper uses three methods:Shapely Value Analysis,Negotiation Solution, Raiffa Solution, from the perspective of empirical research,toanalyse how the Internet financial and commercial banks to allocate the co-benefits inthe case of Cooperation, so that their earnings can be largest and be most fair. thisarticle obtained the revenues of Internet financial and commercial banks in the threecalculation methods,and compared the revenues of Internet financial and commercialbanks,Finally this article provides specific recommendations for regulatory authoritieson how to regulate the Internet financial,...
