2013 is the year of the rise of Internet banking, Internet banking slowly into the public’s field of vision people. In 2014, the rapid development of Internet banking, to commercial banks to bring a certain impact, but also to commercial banks and opportunities.It is in such an environment, the paper introduces the theoretical basis of the definition and development of Internet banking- the modern theory of financial intermediation, detailing the major financial model of development of the Internet in China. Then discussed the financial impact of the Internet on the Chinese economy and the traditional financial contribution, we discuss the special risks of the Internet and how to regulate finance. Based on the above bedding, paper business commercial bank assets, liabilities business and intermediate business as a starting point to explore the competitive Internet banking and commercial banking. This paper argues that the reason why internet banking for commercial banks has resulted in competition is affecting their interest income and fee income, some financial products on the Internet commercial banks greater competition, but because of the characteristics of commercial banks and China’s current development situation, Internet banking can not subvert the commercial banks. Instead they tend to cooperate, this paper game theory this partnership empirical study, obtained commercial banks and financial cooperation Internet conditions to be fulfilled.
