| There are obvious differences between the real estate companies and the traditionalones for the reason that the significant development in the estate area in the past10years.Firstly, this paper analyzes the characteristics of the real estate, conducted that under thepremise of simultaneously in multiple projects and the relative scarcity of professionalengineers, we should change the traditional management structure to better scientificmanagement methods to optimize the use of the human reso urces especially consider itsfinancial costs and transaction costs due to poor transmission of information; it is essentialto practice the matrix management in the real estate companies after we analyzed thecharacteristics and advantages of matrix management; then we pointed out only an effectiveincentive assessment system can guarantee the matrix management be reality; Finally,through the analysis of the status of company H and the difference of all types of matrices,we obtained a weak matrix management structure match the need of company H,accompanied with a suitable assessment and incentive system. |
