Study On The Problems Of Quit Outbound Tourist Group

China’s outbound tourism develope rapidly. The number of Chinese outboundtourists was less than3000000in1992and grows to70250000in2011,which isnearly23.4times of1992′s,become the world’s third largest exporter country. But inthe same time,the quit of outbound tourist group happens quite often,especially whenfacing unexpected events, the phenomenons of quit outbound tourist group oftenappear. Some of the media and consumers have paid close attention to theproblems,but there is no academic research.This paper analysis the problems of quitthe outbound tourist group and explored the solution by using the method of caseanalysis,the depth interview and documentary in order to reduce the rate of quitoutbound tourist group, as well as the travel agencies and tourists economic lossesand attract people’s attention.Phenomenon of mass and individual’s quiting are the main forms of outboundtourist group.Treatment of the problems are generally based on contract which issigned by consumer and travel agency and《Provisions on some issues concerning theapplication of law in the trial of travel disputes》. The refund and irresistible cognitionare the focus of quit the outbound tourist group.The reasons of quit outbound touristgroup includeing:tourists factors, such as sudden illness or injury, temporary events,be refused;travel agency factors, such as insufficient number, professional negligence;objective factors, such as social events, natural events, public health emergencies. Theincentives of quit outbound tourist group mainly include：cycle length of buyingoutbound tourism product in advance,tourism information asymmetry, poor treatmentof Chinese citizens travel visa, issues of Outbound tourism contract, imperfect Chinaoutbound travel security early warning system. The problems of quit the outboundtourist group relate to many departments、subjects,which is complex.Therefore,thispaper based on the perspective of government management departments, tourismenterprisesand tourists putting forward corresponding countermeasures in order toreduce the occurrence of outbound tourism group.
