In the information economic globalization this one big environment, marketcompetition becoming increasingly fierce at present. Between different enterprises ofsimilar products feature more and more convergence, therefore the product itselfdistinction becomes very important. Enterprises through price competition, qualitycompetition, service competition, entered into a new stage of the competition--thereputation of competition, and the market competition from the tactical competitiondominant jumped to strategic competition dominant position, reputation competitionhas already become market competition. Corporate reputation is a reflection ofenterprise management and control effectiveness is an important symbol, also becamea successful enterprise is an important indicator. As enterprise’s important intangibleassets, corporate reputation has become the main source of enterprise competitiveadvantage. Reputation is to promote the enterprises to enhance the value has becomethe domestic and foreign enterprises reputation theory research is an important task.The enterprises value this one concept, the different field has differentinterpretations, but the essence of it is the same. Enterprise value reflects the timevalue of money, risk value and the ability of sustainable development, so thatstakeholders a satisfactory return ability. In this paper, the traditional financialindicators based on, select the two dimensions of financial indicators to measure thevalue of an enterprise. Apparently, the enterprise value is higher; stakeholders getmore income, which prompted enterprises to enhance their corporate value.Existing research, corporate reputation and enterprise value for the relationshipbetween research and rare, and only a handful of part of the study is about thereputation and financial performance. In this paper, corporate reputation andenterprise value for the study, investigate the correlation between the two, andcausality.
