The Research On Implementation Of Corporate Social Responsibility Of Listing Corporation In Hebei Province

Enterprise is a social organization, its social nature requires that enterprise not only in bear the economic responsibility but also undertake the social responsibility, in the meantime enterprise should be balanced development with natural environment,employees and community. And as a public interest entities, the listed company is should bear more social responsibility. With the development and changes of economic situation, the corporate social responsibility has been put forward new demands. A series of resources and environmental protection system that builded since the Third Plenary Session of eighteen, in fact, has put forward higher request for the corporate social responsibility.China’s economic development has entered a new normal,the development of the national economy is also challenging the performance of corporate social responsibility, especially for the background of the integration of the Regional Economy in Beijing, the city’s role has been identified, Hebei Province as experimentation area of Industrial transformation and upgrading should put more power in the construction of social responsibility.Therefore, the research of listing corporation social responsibility in Hebei province has become more and more important. But at present, the research on corporate social responsibility is still in the initial stage, the research on social responsibility of listing Corporation in Hebei province is still blank. This article will be based on the current research of Hebei province enterprise social responsibility, understanding and analysising the current situation of the development of corporate social responsibility, and to provide suggestions for the enterprises in Hebei province to improve the construction of social responsibility system,This study began with a review of the relevant research results at home and abroad, then we collected the social responsibility information of listed companies in Hebei Province form the year of 2010 to the year of 2014, and evaluated the social responsibility development of these companies, then we provided a series of advices to enterprises in Hebei Province to improve social responsibility system construction.
