Under expanding domestic demand background, food and beverage consumptionhas always playing a strong growth momentum contribution to the national economyand people’s livelihood. As it is easy to entry, the food and beverage market isincreasingly saturated situation, halal food is an important segment of the food andbeverage market, catering enterprises accounted for half of the country, therefore,explore the reasons for the loss of customers and customer loyalty factors contributeto the halal food and beverage companies to retain more customer loyalty, andimprove the competitiveness of halal food and beverage business marketing, However,there are few special study about halal food enterprises customer loyalty, this articlewill quantitatively study the impact of Xinjiang halal catering enterprises customerloyalty influencing factors to be expanded factors influencing customer loyaltycatering enterprises, and other service enterprises reference.Literature at home and abroad as the theoretical basis, customer loyalty surveyabout10catering enterprises in Urumqi, interviews, questionnaires and other dataanalysis as the main means of investigation by SPSS18.0reflect these halal cateringenterprises customer loyalty influencing factors of the actual survey data processing,draw the key factors affecting customer loyalty, and ultimately maintain customerloyalty strategies and recommendations proposed halal catering enterprises, in orderto achieve the healthy development of enterprises.Through research and empirical analysis, this paper made mainly as follows:(1)the customer perspective,Xinjiang Halal catering enterprises customer loyaltyinfluence brand image and price factors is the most critical factor to enhance brandimage,enterprises should focus on exploring a good reputation and to maintain pricestability;(2) enterprise perspective, Xinjiang Halal catering enterprises customerloyalty impact factors in the brand image and dining environment is the most criticalfactor,companies are more concerned with other Islamic businesses and brandcharacteristics,efforts to improve the dining environment to maintain and improvecustomer loyalty and customer experience.
