In recent years, the aspiration and demand of firms for talents becomemore and more intent. Compared with wasting tremendous resource to seekand recruit talents outside, hold the firm’s current internal talents by raisingJob Satisfaction of them should be better and realistic to firms. Nowadays,the needs for work satisfaction of employees is diversity and complicated, wefound that the previous research could not cover all the aspects of jobsatisfaction.Therefore, the thesis here is combined with the status survey foremployee management of a foreign investment International expresscompany--OCS China to investigate the relationship between supervisordevelopmental feedback (hereinafter called “SDF”)and job satisfaction bymeans of statistic analysis tools like SPSS19, questionnaire survey and demonstration analysis to provide firms a new vision and orientation forraising job satisfaction.The thesis is divided into five sections. Section1is to introduce theresearch background of the thesis and the object of study (OCS China).Section2is to theoretical research the SDF and job satisfaction. Section3isto introduce the research method and the design, issue and collection ofquestionnaire. Section4is to analyze the data of questionnaires by regressionanalysis. Section5is to summarize the related analysis, reach the beneficialinspiration and indicate the limitation of survey and future orientation ofsurvey.
