Facing to the high building price,the national macro-control policies becomeincreasingly stringent. Large real estate companies are looking for different developingapproaches. They are formed in the trend of enterprises grouping, multi-project and finemanagement. Competition between enterprises, has become the competition betweenthe supply chain and supply chain. Enterprises on the supply chain make their decisionon the bases of their own interests and cost optimization. Therefore, if the competitionexists between the supply chains, there will be competition between the relevantnon-common interest groups on the supply chain. Under the environment of the supplychain competition, the main content of this study is to coordinate the effectivecooperation between the supply chain enterprises to ensure the lowest supply chain costand the maximum of the output.Firstly, this paper analyzes the present situation of real estate enterprises and raisesthe supply chain cost management to cope with the current situation. Then, according tothe current trend of the competition, this paper points out how to control the supplychain cost effectively and reduce the supply chain cost under the supply chaincompetition on the basis of relevant research at home and aboard.The paper established a control model of the two-dimensional dynamic allianceunder the competitive environment of the supply chain. On the vertical level, this paperuses Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to select enterprises, aimed at effectiveintegration of the advantage resource. On the horizontal level, this paper combinedtarget cost control and operation cost control to achieve bi-directional control of thesupply chain cost. In the dynamic cooperative equilibrium analysis of the Real Estate enterprise, thispaper proposed formulaic definition of the utility transfer, provided a foundation forfuture research of non-common interest groups balancing.This paper takes YS project in GS company as an example, uses concrete modelselect enterprises to optimize the cooperative enterprise through the node enterprisegrade system. On the horizontal operation level, GS company combined target costcontrol and operation cost control, achieved the final target cost227916934.7Yuan,saved323.98million Yuan.
