Research On Strategical Synergism Of Supply Chain Logistics Dynamic Alliance

With the shortening of the lifecycle of product and the improving of the demand of customer,manufacture enterprises must be capable of implementing agile manufacture to respond quickly for the change of market. As an important instrument to implement agile manufacture,SCDA (Supply Chain Dynamic Alliance) having been adopted by more and more enterprises. This mode is replacing enterprise group and strategic alliance,turn into the new focus increasingly concerned by economic society today. SCDA couldn't be carried out without integrating logistics,information flow,capital flow and workflow,especially the performance of logistics management of SCDA directly affects the competition competence of the whole supply chain.SCLDA(Supply Chain Logistics Dynamic Alliance) is comprised by enterprises of supply chain &TPL providers, all members associate each other vertically and horizontally; SCLDA is a virtual-network organization, which is charged by the core enterprise which integrates the other members of SCLDA according to the market demand.First of all,the thesis presents some related theories adopted to research on SCLDA,such as theory of supply chain,theory of dynamic alliance,theory of interface management,theory of synergy and so on. Then discusses the feasibility of synergetic research and analyzes the incentive of synergetic operation of SCLDA. Basing on the above analysis,the thesis focuses on the integrating principles and tactics of SCLDA,puts forward the three-phase model for selecting alliance's member,then discusses the interface conflicts between members of SCLDA. Finally,the thesis emphases on probing into adopting mechanisms of synergetic governance (such as hierarchy,market and network) and synergetic mechanisms of knowledge to resolve the conflicts of SCLDA.
