Research On China’s Private Enterprises "Going Global" Pathway Of Post-financial Crisis Era

The downturn of European and American markets accelerated the resolution ofinternational labor after the financial crisis. On one hand, the reappear of InternationalTrade protectionism caused adverse effects on Chinas exports. On the other hand, anumber of countries introduced policies that could attract foreign capital. In thiscontext, the paper analyzed the present situation and problems of the privateenterprises "going global" pathway based on the summary and research ofpredecessors’ theory and literature. Then, the feasible path for the mode of privateenterprises "going global" was summarized based on the comparative analysis andcase analysis.First of all, the paper summarized the feasible path of China’s private enterprises"going global" in former research, and analyzed the status and problems of China’sprivate enterprises "going global pathway. There is still a lack of strategic awareness,blindness and other issues on the pathway selection accompanied with the rapidlydevelopment of going global. At last, the paper suggested the feasible path andanalyzed the typical case, based on the summary of the pathway selection influencingfactors for China’s private enterprises "going global".In conclusion, a clear and strategic goal and awareness of the advantages wereneeded for China’s private enterprises "going global" after the financial crisis.Feasible path, including Shift form participation in out-source to leadingout-source, Gradual path, Spanning path, Come aboard path and Headquarterseconomy path were selective for China’s private enterprises "going global".
