Private Enterprise Society Responsibility Research

After the reform and opening to the outside world, because of the economicsystem reform, private enterprise has become an important economic force,contribution to China’s economic development is more and more big, at the same time,the social responsibility of private enterprises is becoming more and more cause theattention of the society from all walks of life. Private enterprise social responsibilityrefers to the private enterprise in the enterprise owners bear the economicresponsibility at the same time, employees, consumers and social public to theenterprise’s economic, legal, ethical and philanthropic responsibility. Although privateenterprises in the aspect of performance of the corporate social responsibility hasmade great development, but still exist many problems, have their own reasons, alsohas the social environmental factors, these problems has become one of the academicconcern and research.In this paper, based on the theory and method of sociology, from the perspectiveof the relationship between enterprise and society, through the description about thepresent situation of lanzhou city private enterprises to fulfill corporate socialresponsibility, from the legitimate rights and interests of workers and healthresponsibility, environmental protection responsibility, enterprise honesty and productquality responsibility, charity responsibility from four aspects to analyze the lanzhoucity private enterprises lack of social responsibility, and further from the corporatesocial responsibility concept, legal system construction, non-governmental socialorganizations, etc. Analysis of the lack of corporate social responsibility. On this basis,combining with the actual situation in our country, from national policy, socialorganization, enterprise itself and entrepreneurs to discuss the countermeasures thatour country private enterprise social responsibility construction, stimulate the powerof the enterprise itself to fulfill corporate social responsibility, through legislation andthe external supervision to make better performance of the corporate socialresponsibility of private enterprises, and to establish social responsibility evaluationsystem of private enterprises, private enterprises social responsibility evaluationagency, the formation of private enterprises to fulfill corporate social responsibility of the good social environment, to better improve social competitiveness of privateenterprises, to promote our country economy sent people one of the important pillars.
