Discussions On Causes And Countermeasures Of Judger Group Funding Chain Crisis

Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) play a significant role in China’seconomic prosperity, especially in the field of employment. At the same time, SMEscontribute more and more in promoting technology innovation, reducing transaction costs,and improving competition and social production efficiency. However, their developmentis restricted by difficulties in financing.Based on investigation of the reasons for hard-financing of SMEs, this studydeveloped some methods to deal with this problem from points of SMEs themselves,banks and the government.In the first place, this study summarizes the characteristics of financing of SMEs,after which comes the discussion of the reasons for the difficulties. Afterwards, this papertook Judger Group’s capital chain fracture threat as an example to analyze the causes andto propose solution methods from the aspects of the company, bank and government.Finally, this paper results in some suggestions for SMEs to deal with issues of financingand to avoid capital chain fracture crisis.
