The Key Influencing Factors Of Small And Micro Technology Enterprises Success In Start-up

Small and micro technology enterprises are major partners of entrepreneurial,not only do theycreat lots of tax revenue and news jobs,but also played an important role in promotingtechnological innovation.In order to enhance the probability of entrepreneurial success,we shouldfind out those key success factors in the start-up period of small and micro technologyenterprises,so that we can find some entry points for entrepreneurs and the government optimizingentrepreneurial environment.Main contents of this research:1.Based on those domestic and foreign researchs fouces on finding key influencing factors ofentrepreneurial technology firms,by combining characteristics of small and micro technologyenterprises and experts’ opinions,I setting up a factor system include ten qualitative variables andten quantitative variables such as“interpersonal networks”,“ability to integrated entrepreneurialresources”,“R&D investment”,“permanent assets” to find some critical success factors of smallentrepreneurial enterprises.2.Making use of SPSS V18.0’ exploratory factor analysis function to analyse124incubatedcompanies’ date in Yinzhou district of Ningbo city,and then find out that “Technicalstrength”,“Entrepreneurial service”,“Entrepreneurial resources”,“Enterprise environment” and“Market prospect”are the most important factors for those entrepreneurial enterprises.3.Combining those critical success factors,I making some suggestions from perspectives ofentrepreneurs, enterprises and government to enhance the probability of success for small andmicro technology enterprises’ entrepreneurship:(1)Entrepreneurs should accumulate sufficient resources and formate teams before theirentrepreneurship activities.(2)Small and micro technology enterprises in start-up period should oriented their products tomarket demand,pay attention to technology innovation strategies and relying technology incubator.(3)Government should build more multifunctional enterprise incubators,enhanceentrepreneurs’ awareness of incubate,establish a long-term support mechanism,strengthenentrepreneurial environment construction and consummating service chain.
