Research On Service Capability Construction Of Small And Micro Enterprise Entrepreneurship Innovation Base

With the liberalization of national policies,the development of small and medium-sized enterprises has become very rapid and has become an important aspect of national economic growth.Although the development of small and medium-sized enterprises is full of vitality,they still have to face difficult development situations,such as small economies,high mortality rates,poor ability to cope with risks,and inadequate management experience.China has adopted many incentives to encourage the development of small and medium-sized enterprises,investing in human,material and financial resources,and has introduced a number of measures to support small and medium-sized enterprises.One of the measures is to develop small and micro enterprises entrepreneurial innovation demonstration bases.Especially in recent years,all sectors of the society are very concerned about the development of innovation and entrepreneurship.The bases have also gained new development momentum.Both the government and society have begun to pay attention to the development of small and micro enterprises.More and more innovative and entrepreneurial bases and incubators that help small and micro enterprises develop their own responsibilities have begun to attract people's attention.Under the new normal of economic development,in order to maximize the advantages of small and micro enterprise clusters,to maximize the service elements of innovation and entrepreneurship,and to maximize the service efficiency of innovation and entrepreneurship,we need to strengthen the service elements of the base and increase the success rate of the enterprise.The country has built a small and micro enterprise entrepreneurship innovation base from the municipal level to the provincial level to the national level,and has won 416 national-level small and micro enterprises double-creation bases,and 122 provincial-level small and micro enterprises.Under the government's policy guidance,these institutions or organizations continue to explore the service mechanism and service model of entrepreneurial incubation,innovation and development.Some of the bases are active and distinctive in the development process,and have achieved good development results.Under the development of the base,micro-enterprises have successfully cultivated and graduated from the base.From the perspective of research and exploration of base service capacity building,“Tianfu New Valley”,as one of the bases with service development features and highlights,has carried out a variety of service activities and also has certain research value.Therefore,this article visited the relevant departments and relevant institutions in the field,after investigating a certain number of enterprises,based on the service management expertise,from the service environment,service facilities,service products and service quality as the four main aspects of the service capacity analysis of this paper.Explain in detail,and use the professional theoretical models such as PEST model and SERVQUAL tool to conduct a comprehensive and in-depth study on Tianfu New Valley.On the one hand,this paper affirms the achievements of Kentianfu New Valley in terms of service and affirmed the good practices;On the other hand,this paper also analyzes the shortcomings of Tianfu Xingu.Based on the previous analysis,this paper proposes three countermeasures and internal and external safeguards.The research results obtained in this paper have a certain role in promoting the service quality of Tianfu Xingu and other bases and improving the level of service development.The research results of this paper also have certain reference value for strengthening the service capacity building of the same type of small and micro enterprise entrepreneurial innovation institutions,platforms or industrial parks.
