The costal Zhejiang province is a vital fishing area. As a key and leading industry of themain part of Zhejiang economy,it has its incomparable advantage exists with its unsolveddifficulties. So. This paper has played a key role in guiding Zhejiang to make industrial chooseand relevant polices of the belt of marine fishing industry economy.Firstly, the concept、composition、of marine fishing industry and the develop research made byscholars from overseas and homeland in marine fishing industry has been given by this paper.Secondly,the paper analyzed the current situation through three different points that isscale,composition,area distribution.
