So the study of the internal control of commercial bank has play an importantrole in finance industry development establishment of internal control is the key to keep thefinance risk away and make the banking system steadily run.With the trend of financial liberalization, integration and innovation become more andmore obvious, In China, especially city commercial banks face the risk will to further increase.In addition, the internal control in our country still belongs to a new field of commercial bank,theoretical preparation and practical experience are insufficient, there is a congenitalcondition disadvantage. Therefore, to strengthen the internal management of City CommercialBank in China, to establish sound internal control system, to ensure the stability ofcommercial banks to operate safe, efficient, is particularly important and urgent.In this paper, the Lang fang bank internal control as the object, to the construction ofinternal control of the Bank of Lang fang as a case study.
