Recently, Collective turnover occurred frequently in the enterprise. It becomes the new hotspot to the enterprise management practice, owing to the impact and loss which collectiveturnover causes more than individual turnover. Although scholars have some achievements instudy of collective turnover, these researches focuse more on the theoretical analysis of theimportance of collective turnover, the general reason and consequence.They also ignore theinteractive process between group members and organization. This kind of research perspectivehas enormous challenges in explaining the phenomenon of inner motivation of collective turnover.Therefore, this research attempts to take group interaction characteristics as the breaking pointand quantitatively analysis the enterprise employee collective turnover based on the perspectiveof cohesion feature, which has important theory meaning and practice guidance for the academiaand business field.This research uses the combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods ofliterature review and questionnaire investigation. Firstly, this research summarizes the cohesionand collective turnover literature. And then on the basis of existing literature, this research indepth to explore the internal relationship of cohesion and collective turnover. Meanwhile, thisresearch introduces enterprise property variable, aiming to analyze the discrepant influence ofcohesion on collective turnover under different enterprise properties, and builds the relationalmodel between enterprise property, cohesion and collective turnover. Finally, this research adoptsthe method of questionnaire survey to investigate lots of enterprises, and then uses the factoranalysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis methods to research hypotheses forempirical analysis. The analysis results draws the following main conclusions: cohesion andcollective turnover exist differences on some demographic variables; cohesion and collectiveturnover intention exist significant negative correlation relationship; collective turnover intentionpositively affects collective turnover behavior; enterprise property affects the relationshipbetween cohesion and collective turnover intention. In addition, this research puts forward thestill existing deficiencies and also discusses the future research in this area.
