Study On Reform And Performance Of Collective Property Right System In Dunhua City

Rural collective ownership economy is one of the important components of China' s socialist economy,and its essence is an economic organization system that takes village collective as the basic unit of interests,relies on the ownership of means of production in all forms to work together,share the fruits and share the risks.Since the 1950s,China has implemented rural collective ownership of interests.After years of reform,this system has also undergone changes in various forms,such as the cooperative form,the commune form and the household contract responsibility system that combines unified and decentralized management.It has also formed rural credit cooperatives,supply and marketing cooperatives and other economic cooperatives.Rural collective ownership is of great significance for China to discover modern agriculture,maintain rural social stability and promote the improvement of farmers'living standards.This article took the rural collective property rights system as the main research contents,dunhua yanbian Korean autonomous prefecture in jilin province as the main investigation and the research object,guided by the national macro policy,and according to the rural collective ownership based on relevant reforms,how to focus on the solution under the condition of market economy continue to play to the advantages of collective ownership,and intensive research.In the process of writing,this paper sorted out the research in this field at home and abroad,then put forward its own research methods,and made some innovation.This paper investigates the collective property right system in yanbian area and analyzes the current situation of its development and reform.Taking the staff of the local agricultural economic department as the investigation object,this paper finds that there are many practical problems in the process of carrying out the reform of collective property right system in the local area,and on the basis of theoretical analysis and practical investigation,finds out how to improve the collective property right system in the local area.Then,the author also puts forward the systematic solution and the property right reform implementation suggestion.This paper can provide materials and accumulate experience for the research on the coordinated development of China's collective ownership and market economy.
