Development Patterns In Ya'an Agricultural Expert Courtyard

Agricultural experts courtyard is a new model of agricultural technology promotion, a kind of innovation from practice, a creation derived from the grassroots, and a product of the new stage of China’s agricultural development. Distinctive development model of agricultural experts courtyard in various regions has formed after years of development, making tremendous contributions to the contributing to promotion of agricultural technology in China.In this paper, based on field research and extensive collection of information, the author has stated generated background, current situation and development model, and the meaning and characteristics of the agricultural experts courtyard of our country. Then, briefly elaborates the general information of the agricultural development in Ya’an City, and the achievements of agricultural experts institutes. Thanks to the support of technological innovation, agricultural pedal theory and so on, this paper analyzes the characteristics and the working models of the three agricultural experts in Ya’an City, in the basis of in-depth analysis, combined with information this paper extracts the problems from Ya’an City home industry experts compound encountered in the development process, including the four aspects of the system, capital, talent and body connection. Last on these issues, this paper put forward some relevant policy recommendations including improving systems, multi-party financing, efforts to attract talent and establishing mechanisms for interaction.
