The escalation of competition resulting from more construction of " Home Stay Facilities " due to the proliferation of rural tourism has made tourist loyalty a crucial issue for both destination management and marketers. Nowadays, attention has primarily been given to repeat purchase in the scopes of physical products and other service sections,destination repetition of tourism is virtually neglected. This dissertation, Based on " Home Stay Facilities " Revisit behavior as the research object, throughing On-the-spot investigation of PiXian NongKe Village, analysising difference of Consumer behavior between first-time visit and repeat visit,and proposes the time dimension to explore each factor’s influence on repeat visit for the relationship between the factors and degree, to improve the revisit rate of" Home Stay Facilities "provides clear direction the, at the same time for upgrading its brand.This paper referenced the concerned domestices and foreign informations, using the push-pull theory, time insight theory, relationship between attitude and behavior theory, behavioral intention theory and other related contents,drawing on the general index system and combining with the actual situation in PiXian NongKe Village, then designed and investigated the tourist repeat visit questionnaire.In the analysis methodes, we need to descriptive statistics analysis of questionnaire and through Consumption characteristics of the cross analysis to first-time visit and repeat visit tourists first, then Using factor analysis, correlation analysis,variance analysis to explore each factor’s influence on repeat visit for the relationship between the factors and degree, meanwhile Introducing time dimension and revealing various factors to revisit the influence of the change further over time.Through field investigation of lots of Home Stay Facilities in PiXian NongKe Village, the author studies on the comparative study of first—time and repeat visitors, Studies have found that, There is significant difference of the consumer activities between first-time visitors and repeat visitors, It is proved that the differences are formed not only from travel times and stay for days, Mode of transport, information channel, but also from customers atisfaction, customer spending and expect repeat ratio. At the same time, further analysis of revisit influencing of the four major factors respectively are Tourism destination image itself, the actual perception and overall satisfaction, loyalty and time dimension, tourists background and so on.According to the real situation of revisit in PiXian NongKe Village, This article put forward some policy Suggestions from the perspective and management of the NongKe Village to improve the tourist revisit rate and promote the vigorous development. Promote the overall image of the scenic area, create a "home" atmosphere; To build characteristic project activities, implement differentiation strategy; To strengthen infrastructure construction, make the brand to upgrade; Segment of the market Reasonable, satisfy tourist demand diversification; Improve the scenic area management, Increase the publicity.
