With the rapid development of the socio-economic development of market economy constantly changes and the rapid development of China’s pharmaceutical industry, and medicine to the market and the full liberalization of the era. The medicine has formed a pillar industry in the local economy. Due to the late start of China’s market economy than China’s pharmaceutical industry, there are still many deficiencies, with the large international pharmaceutical companies, such as:low level of R&D, the lack of professional marketing talents and effective means. Resulting in China’s pharmaceutical enterprises difficult to bigger also vicious competition phenomenon. Current pharmaceutical market in terms of quality and capacity of China’s pharmaceutical marketing talent, are not comprehensive. Has a wealth of experience in teaching, I conducted some inquiry and analysis combined with the quality of the talent and ability of pharmaceutical marketing, pharmaceutical marketing industry practitioners to have a high overall quality of the pharmaceutical market changes to increase. It is necessary to grasp the basis of professional knowledge but also have a deep knowledge of the society as well as superior marketing skills. So, we need pharmaceutical enterprises to win in the intense competition in the pharmaceutical market, capable marketing team is very important. Requirements of the pharmaceutical companies in China far exceeds the quality of the existing marketing staff, which also affect the development of the pharmaceutical companies. Only continue to develop and enhance the quality and capacity of the marketing staff to pharmaceutical companies sustained and healthy development.This book in the successful companies in China’s pharmaceutical industry, Pfizer, for example, reference to literature analysis marketing quality of talent and the ability to cultivate what issues and causes, and the Pfizer pharmaceutical company for analysis from the microscopic point of view, coupled with the use of domestic and foreign model advantages in this regard, to build a set of line with how the quality and capacity of the national pharmaceutical companies on marketing talent cultivation model. I hope that through this model for domestic pharmaceutical companies to provide training tools to help pharmaceutical companies in China to train managers to accurately identify effective marketing quality of talent and the ability to train, so training activities can be more workable marketing quality of talent and ability focused and forward-looking.
