The competition of modern enterprises is essentially the competition for talent, thus, thekey of whether an enterprise can respond to the competition depends on its management ofhuman resources. The performance evaluation is the core of human resources management.It’s necessary for an enterprise to keep improving its development and management of humanresources, which is not only good for an enterprise to improve its management in a short timeand also its market competitiveness, and moreover, an important assurance to keep itselfthriving for long. Therefore, an enterprise needs to have an effective performance evaluationsystem for the sake of growth.With the combination of theoretical and practical analysis, this paper makes an analysisof the problems of automobile circulation enterprises and their performance evaluation boththeoretically and practically, by the means of qualitative and quantitive analysis. By using thesales and capital curve trends method to determine the corporate life cycle,while introducingEVA and the enterprise life cycle theory, it establishes a three-layer performance evaluationindex system model innovatively and a appropriate performance evaluation system fordifferent life cycle which serves to maximize the enterprise value, which also providessolution to remaining problems. Finally, Y is used as an example to verify the operability ofthe performance evaluation system in this paper.
