With the coming of information era, world is becoming smaller and smaller.Informalization and globalization has been two remarkable characters of current world.China’s automobile manufacturing enterprises in the use of information technology, andintegration into the global competition, there is a certain gap. ERP is the preferred solution forthe implementation of information technology in the domestic automobile manufacturingenterprise. Huge investment in ERP project, and involves the design of business organization,many aspects of the management process reengineering, and the use of new technology, atremendous impact on enterprises, many companies are cautious about the implementation ofthe ERP. Moreover, the evaluation system based on ERP implementation effect of theautomotive industry is not a universally applicable, the companies can’t clearly recognize theERP system for enterprises how effective hesitant in the issue of whether or not to implementthe ERP project.Since ERP implementation evaluation is gradually being taken seriously, many domesticand foreign scholars to address this issue. Foreign scholars in this area have been relativelymature theoretical system, such as Wilisock proposed life cycle assessment, the ABCD testtable and Benchmarking Partners ERP project evaluation system. Domestic research in thefield of late, does not have a widely recognized evaluation system, a lot of theories, methodsare still in the exploratory stage, to establish a set of scientific evaluation system of ERPimplementation requires further study. Automobile manufacturing industry has a veryimportant position in China’s economy, and the industry demand ERP system, so this articleselect the ERP Evaluation of the Implementation of Chinese automobile manufacturingindustry research, build an evaluation for the effect of the implementation of China’sautomobile manufacturing industry systems.This paper starts with the Evaluation of the Implementation of the ERP theory, analyzesthe elements and characteristics of ERP Implementation Evaluation and build ERPimplementation effect evaluation model. This is followed by a current situation ofimplementation of ERP system in domestic auto industry. Then analyzed the ERPimplementation and evaluation of the status quo of Chinese automobile manufacturingindustry, constituted by the characteristics of the car manufacturing industry and systemanalysis, combined with ERP implementation evaluation model, integrated use of analytichierarchy process, expert ratings, comprehensive fuzzy evaluation method build a Theautomobile manufacturing industry, ERP implementation of the evaluation system. The purpose of the system from the automobile manufacturing enterprises to implement ERP fromtwo aspects of the management and the value of the system is running, select productionoperations, inventory management, and sustainable development capacity, economic value,management improvement five as secondary indicators of the evaluation system, combinedwith the characteristics of China’s automobile manufacturing enterprises, building evaluationsystem to select the three evaluation index the contents of five evaluation. On this basis, theuse of the analytic hierarchy process and expert scoring method to determine the weight ofeach index. Finally, take company A for example, the automobile manufacturing industry,ERP implementation evaluation model applied to analyze the results and suggestimprovements.
