Chongqing Economic Zone And The County Economy County Gap Cluster Development

County-level economy is one of the most important part of our country’s economy,the reason of arising wide concern of county economy in recent years, is that the countyeconomy exists huge difference and gap at the same time. Difference lies in its differentcomparative advantages, characteristic, gap lies in serious polarization, and there is abig gap between rich and poor counties. The existence of difference is the basis of thecounty’s economic and social development and the source of characteristics, theexistence of gap is inevitable in a certain history and social conditions, but if the gapgoes too large or continue growing, it will hinder local economics’ sustainable and rapiddevelopment. Chengdu-Chongqing economic zone is a state-level development zone,and is the country joins hands withSichuan and Chongqing to realize China’s fourthgrowth pole vision in recent years. In the overall aspect, county economic gap inChengdu-Chongqing economic zone is very big, which blocks the coordinatedevelopment of county economy; What’s more, County’s overall strength is still weak,which64%of the populationonly created45%of GDP in2011, the average per capitaGDP of the county is lower than the average level of the whole Chengdu-Chongqingeconomic zone, the former is only71%of the latter. Therefore, County is a "weakpoint"in Chengdu-Chongqing economic zone, and also a "short legs"toChengdu-Chongqing economic zone becoming China’s fourth growth pole.Meanwhile, different county in Chengdu-Chongqing economic zone, have differenteconomic basis, resources, environment and other gifts and comparative advantages, toresearch its development, it is necessary to classify the county fist. In view of this,researching the county gap ofChengdu-Chongqing economic zone, anddiscussingthedevelopment strategy of various types of county, has important theoretical and practicalsignificance to solve the "three rural" problems, narrow the gap between counties orbetween county and city, promote the coordinate development of the region, urban andrural, as well as improve the whole competitiveness of Chengdu-Chongqing economiczone.Based on summarizing domestic and foreign scholars’ literature about the regionaldevelopment gap,and its development strategy, take related theory in regionaleconomics, development economics, and international trade as the instruction, all at thecounty level administrative units in Chengdu-Chongqing economic zone as the researchobject, combining of qualitative and quantitative analysis method to research on county gap of Chengdu-Chongqing economic zone and the development strategy ofclustered county economy. On the gap research, trying to from three aspects of timeseries which take the absolute gap and relative gap as the research method, theilcoefficient based spatial distribution and comprehensive index system of evaluationbased on SPSS software to research. In clustering research, respectively usecomprehensive index system and comprehensive score toconduct the county clusteringanalysis; Based on the above, this article will discuss the cause of the gap, from thehistory factor, geography factor, economy factor and government factor; Finally,regarding to the development strategy, combine the gap research, clustering analysisand the reason of the gaps,with different types of county economic and socialdevelopment level and characteristics of resourcesput forward sustained and rapiddevelopment strategy of various types of county economy.
