With the economic development, finance is becoming increasingly significant. Committing to the building of modern financial system and mechanism is particularly prominent as the comprehensive promoting of financial reforms. Currently, the focus is mainly on the reform of rural financial development, a sound service system of rural financial infrastructure, accelerating the establishment of a sound adaptation " three rural" characteristics of multi-level, wide coverage, and sustainable rural financial system to promote agricultural development. As an important component of China’s rural financial system, the RCC is a vital supporting force in serves for "three rural". The credit cooperatives has effectively resolved it’s historical issues and constantly improved the operational mechanism since it began to reform. And now, it plays outstanding contributions in rural development. But, there are many urgent and challengable issues and predicaments in the ownership structure, operation mode, business development, risk prevention, excitation mechanism and other aspects to the current rural credit cooperatives.Based on these issues, this article studies firstly on analyzing the existing situation of the rural credit cooperatives in financial reforms and deriving experience and lessons from deep investigating on the problems and results in the process of reforms. Secondly, analyzing the reforms and multi-year achievements on Wenzhou financial market,which is the key area in China’s financial market reforms, hoping to provide a reference for the reform of rural credit cooperatives. Third, exploring the development mode of rural credit cooperatives under the new situation, summarizing the meaningful measures of rural credit cooperatives from the financial market reforms. Proposing the future development direction and measures from the following five aspects: management system, reform mode, service mode, product development mode and performance evaluation mode. Fourth, take AB Credit Union for example, try to find out the most efficient mode of operation by analyzing and comparing with different development modes. Proposing the future methods in reforms according to the supply and demand situation which is obtained from the investigation of rural credit cooperatives in order to overcome difficulties and achieve higher breakthrough. The fifth is a summary of this article, as well as the future development of rural credit cooperatives raised prospects.In conclusion, based on the previous studies and especially aimed at the example of Wenzhou, this article analyzed systemly on the opportunities and challenges that rural credit cooperatives is facing. Through the analyzing on the operation efficiency mode, the demand and supply situation and constraints of AB union, combined with China’s rural financial reform in the typical pattern of success appear in Wenzhou financial reform and the emergence of new trends, new development mode will be proposed for RCC. However, the feasibility and applicability of the policies and proposal in this paper needs pending further and deep validation and analyzation in depth.
