The Research On The Reform Efficiency Evaluation Of The Credit Cooperatives In Guangdong Province

The rural credit cooperatives are the main force in providing financial services which are rooted in rural areas. The development of rural economy highly dependent on the rural credit cooperatives. However, the question of the absent of the rural credit cooperatives system and financial risks and other issues hindered the healthy devolopment of the crural credit cooperatives, affected the quality of rural financial services.Only effective reform, correct reform can increase the vitality of the reform of rural credit cooperatives, whether the results of the reform is effective or not, needs to be judged by the efficiency of the reforms. Therefore, this paper study evaluates the rural credit cooperatives reform efficiency in Guangdong Province, mainly taking DEA model(data envelopment analysis) as studying the reform efficiency of the rural credit cooperatives in Guangdong Province, which can judge effectively the rural credit cooperatives reform in Guangdong Province, clarity(rural Guangdong Province) direction for further development of the rural credit cooperatives in Guangdong Province.The study of the rural credit cooperatives reform, whether in theory or practice circle there is a big controversy over the years are the focus of attention.The first step of this paper to research study of the rural credit cooperatives in historical development of the rural credit cooperatives in Guangdong Province, and explore the need for reform from which. The second step, taking Guangdong Province as the research subject, respectively, from a financial point of view on the reform of the rural credit cooperatives performance evaluation and influence factors. The third step, from the reform of the rural credit cooperatives performance system change perspective. Finally, on the issues of reform efficiency of research findings, in this paper, the study efficiency of reform, and will put forward policy Suggestions of further reform and development.
