Along with the progress of the technology, people’s demand of mobility and information rise rapidly. Mobile Internet has penetrated into every field of people’s life. At2012group buying transactions rose27times, as the mobile terminal mobile shopping market reached13.03billion Yuan with the growth rate of328.6%. Authority has expected proportion of group-buying websites from mobile terminal will reach40%in2013.Mobile shopping is about to become the main part of the mobile Internet industry segment.Domestic group-buying competition is intense. The administrators of domestic group-buying websites are realizing that layout wireless Internet market is one of the most important choice. Mobile group-buying services and products have serious tendency of homogeneity,so that customers wish companies to provide timely and comprehensive services. It will be important to study on the influence factors of customer satisfaction.The Meituan group-buying websites which has been founded in March2010is one of the earliest established and one of the largest independent group-buying websites in China now. The group-buying websites is also the earliest one which have mobile websites client.This paper selects mobile online group-buying as the research subject and explores the influencing factors of customer satisfaction. The operational process of mobile online group-buying is divided into two parts including shopping online and consumption offline. Factors affect the customer satisfaction of two categories:mobile client technology factors and union merchant service products were studied. First a questionnaire survey was designed, then we analyzed the questionnair by statistical tools, and finally determine the main factors that affect mobile group customer satisfaction and its influence degree.
