The Research Of Improving AA County Quality Inspection Bureau’s Service Quality

Quality, as a national revitalization and strategy for the sustainable development of society and economy, the development has transcended the original concept of quality, it is no longer just used in products but also in the service,social management, customer satisfaction and other fields. In the face of increasingly complex international and domestic situation, competition is increasingly aggravating, the Party Central Committee timely put forward the requirements such as the transformation of governing and the improvement of ruling ability. Improving the service quality of administrative management is an important part to strengthen the construction of the government’s ruling ability, it is the need to adapt to democracy and the legal system, it is also the crucial foundation of building "Service-oriented Government".This paper select "service quality of the supervision department" as the research object, this paper introduces some relevant theories of government service quality and administrative service satisfaction survey method, and draw lessons from the related application of ISO9000Quality Management System at home and abroad.We used the AA County Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision service’s quality satisfaction data on the quantitative and qualitative analysis, then we concluded that the existing problems in service quality according to the results of the analysis. Combined with the AA County Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision’s work reality, we have found out the cause of the problem. Then, combined with ongoing quality management system, improving the service quality of various improvement measures are come to our paper. Finally, comparing before and after the improvement effect of satisfaction to reflect the quality of service, the effect of the AA County Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision’s service quality has been veritied.We summarized the practice effect in the end of paper.The innovation of the paper lies in using service quality satisfaction survey to find out problems, and it combined the Quality Management System to come out with a more pointed improving measures. And uesd comparison method,it compares with the former quality of service through customer satisfaction.Also, on the analysis of the causes and the improvement measures, the paper mostly used practical samples and data which makes the thesis more close to the working practice.Therefore,the paper has more practical value for the government combined with ISO9000quality management system for improving the quality of service provided the reference case in the future.
