Under the condition of electric power system reformation and thevariation of market supply and demand intoday's world,power supply enterprises have realized thatthe power supply quality and service qualityis directly related to the survival and development of enterprises.Service quality is the core competitiveness of enterprises.The high quality service both to get customer recognition,at the same time also must let the customer approval.As a result,improve the quality of power supply and service level is an important approach to realize the development of the power supply enterprise.At present,according to the development of regional economy,social group put forward the higher request to high power supply quality and service.Faced with such serious situation,Ulan Qab power Supply Company need innovation in the service concept,service means,service method and service strategy.What is more important that the study and implementation of service quality management should also be on the agenda.From the point of view of long-term development vision,power authority must transfer the focus to the power grid construction and service work.Set for the consciousness onproviding the high-quality service for electric power customer,Improving the efficiency of the service and quality of service,so as to obtain a bigger development space.In first chapter,we introduce the role and significance of information system platform.At the same time,weanalyze and solvethe existing problems of the power service.The second chapter reviewed the theory of service quality management.The third chapter puts forward the specific countermeasures on the electric power enterprises' improvement of our service,based on analysis of the basic composition and function modules of electric power enterprise,including countermeasure research of a the satisfaction of answering,the unity of the staff in the service specification,and the establishment of the quality evaluation system.The final chapter summarizes and prospects the service on Electric Power Bureau of Ulan Qab of information system platform.
