Research On Tobacco Manufacturing Process Capability Evaluation And Improvement In JNJ Cigarette Factory

Along with the rapid development of economy, the tobacco enterprises between the increasingly fierce competition, competition focus is on quality and technology as the key of enterprise core ability of competition. In this context and in cultivating tobacco brands, product quality naturally become one of the most important factor, therefore must strengthen the quality control of tobacco production.In this paper, we use the method of literature research and process analysis, to the research and evaluation process of manufacture of tobacco.In this paper, we raise the level of the tobacco production process capability and process management with variety of quality methods, from data analysis and process analysis.In this paper, based on the full investigation,we determine two process of tobacco leaf and stem wire system as the research object, Through the production process and inspection process of the two, identify two sub-processes of the process, further defined the key processes and key control points. Based on the existing flow chart, with reference to national standards system of complement and perfect the system of tobacco leaf and stem wire process flow diagram. Clear system of1tobacco leaf and stem wire two process quality of each process properties and data types, and in determining the key control points on the basis of the establishment system in the process of tobacco leaf and stem wire process control plan. Control plan will now JNJ cigarettes factory assembly process documents, inspection documents, work instructions etc. Systematic integration, to each process quality inspection method, control method and reaction plan for specific and perfect, etc.In this paper, according to the system of leaf and stem wire two process each subprocess output characteristic values of different attributes selected important sub-process for technical evaluation, according to the data characteristics of different output characteristics, data acquisition way to determine the data collection plan, and according to the data plan for field data collection, and on the basis of the performance evaluation of the child process to carry on the comprehensive evaluation. Then use analytic hierarchy process (ahp) according to each index weight to the importance of the distribution, thus the tobacco manufacturing workshop overall score is calculated and determined the performance evaluation and comprehensive evaluation into two stages of tobacco manufacturing workshop process capability evaluation method.In this paper, there are problems such as quality specification limit, data acquisition and eliminate rules, measurement system analysis etc. We should attach great importance to the above problems in the future work, and improve management to achieve effective improvement.
