As the pillar industry of China’s economy, the importance of Service sector is self-evident.However, with the rapid development of commodity economy, intense competition andcustomer demand for market diversification and other factors, the quality of servicerequirements for improved immediately. To improve the comprehensive competitiveness ofservice industries, many companies adopted the Six Sigma management theory. The theory isa new management method which based on data, concerned about customer needs andimproving the process.This paper makes consulting service company for the study object, using the six sigmamanagement theory of the target enterprise company link implementation processimprovement, the promotion enterprise service quality, enhance the competitiveness ofenterprises. First, this paper writing background, significance and the paper frame contentsand methods are introduced in this paper. Second, six sigma theory development at home andabroad are reviewed to discuss the current research status of six sigma theory, the theoreticalfoundation for the paper. Once again, with the consulting service industry as the researchobject, proposed our country consulting service quality management present situation and theexisting problems. Finally, using the six sigma management theory-DMAIC methodrespectively, the three service consulting company annual performance salary links andovertime service links and staff skill subsidies to implement improvement service links,namely definition stage in the process of service customer requirements clearly determinedkey quality characteristics, and its initial analysis ability and set a goal; Measurement usingSIPOC diagram analysis stage effect quality characteristics of key all the influence factors,the causal matrix affecting quality characteristics of key tool of the potential key factors andanalyzes the initial ability; The analysis phase use FMEA form of potential of theimplementation of the key variable risk analysis, determination of impact on the variable; Thetest design improvement stage single factor experiment design and build polynomialregression equation; Control stages of the process improvement effect is evaluated and put forward the improvement measures; Finally put forward case conclusion, and in the light ofthe consulting service puts forward related Suggestions, such as from personnel factors, sixsigma management concept, staff training service process analysis ability and mutualcommunication ability; From the data factors, pay attention to process audit, data and storage,realize the unity of the number best management status and so on.The significance of paper writing is to promote the six sigma theory in consulting servicesof use, with emerging technology innovation, the enterprises should also change inherentthinking, seek for the continuous innovation, and is suitable for the enterprise newmanagement methods, customer demand-driven, improve customer satisfaction, improve theservice level quality,improve their core competitiveness.
