In recent years, with rapid development of automobile industry, the ownership ofautomobile continues to rise, and the status of the quality has become uneven. Thegovernment has promulgated saveral relevant regulations and rules, in order topromote the quality of automobile. In this situation, as a automobile joint venture thatestablished very early in China, company A has realized the importance of improvingthe quality of the products.Six Sigma is a method of quality improvement that focuses on customersatisfaction, bases on data and Fact, try to measure and improve company’soperational performance. Many companies carried out Six Sigma management andhave achieved great successes. Customer satisfaction can reflect the customer’srecognition and acceptance of roducts, it is an important index for evaluating thequality of products. This thesis combines Six Sigma management and customersatisfaction theory, bases on the current situation of company A, discusses thenecessity, method and step of actualizing Six Sigma management in company A.Through using Six Sigma management tool and method, this paper introduces thesuccessful examples of actualizing DMAIC in company A, fully illustrates how SixSigma management plays an important role in product satisfaction improvement ofcompany A and how the efficient improvement benefits to enterprise.Through the research of this paper, company A can acutely aware the necessityand urgency of spreading Six Sigma management. It will also set an example forautomobile industry in improving product satisfaction.
