At present, China’s economic strength has increased rapidly, the process of modernization has entered a new historical period. At the same time, the number of Chinese students not only showing explosive growth, and the emergence of global rare sea tide. With the reform and opening up the deepening and development of China’s economy, good prospects appear very attractive to the investors all over the world, also has a strong attraction for overseas students. A large number of students with patriotic ideals, learn to return, in different ways in pursuit of dreams, realize self value. The outstanding students have higher cultural and scientific knowledge, broad international vision and cultural features of both East and West, which make them become the important human resources. Some of them chose the independent employment, some choose to start their own business. Returned students, in fact is a kind of international flow of human, capital, technology and other production factors, to attract overseas students to return home, is our country by the new way of talents. The central and local governments introduced a variety of preferential policies, in order to attract foreign talent back.Overseas returnees not only master the advanced technology, but also have the scientific management method and the idea, at home and abroad have the life and work experience, more than local talent has congenital advantage. But at present a lot of students returning after successful employment probability is not very high, there are a number of unemployed returned overseas students, more important is, the returned overseas students face many problems in the process of development, occupation in this because, one is returned as with international education background, usually on their own the requirements are relatively high, in the course of employment on the work of the high expected value; the two is returned students, some can not adapt to the domestic environment, facing the problem of culture to adapt; three is the disadvantages and policy environment and defects in our system, seriously affecting the returnees employment and entrepreneurship. In this paper, a number of foreign personnel, from age, to the country as well as the major describes the overseas population, on the other hand, describes the quantity and the level of the returnees, analyzed the demand for the returnees, and for countries to attract overseas students and promulgated preferential policies for the hierarchical level introduction. Through the introduction of China’s overseas situation, the preferential policies for outstanding overseas talents, as well as the occupation development situation of returnees, and adapted from the occupation development, culture and meet the demand of China’s overseas the difficulties and barriers encountered, thus the overseas group returned met in the occupation development the process of employment and Entrepreneurship of some common problems, are analyzed, and corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from the domestic environment and the returned overseas students themselves two aspects. This paper think returnees the adjust themselves to adapt to the situation, foster strengths and circumvent weaknesses to overcome obstacles, the government of our country from the macro to provide a good environment for returnees.In general, on one hand, the returnees to their needs and expectations adjust actively, and as soon as possible to adapt to local culture, and strive to establish initial stage in occupation and occupation development to lay a good foundation; on the other hand, the government should actively take measures, to create a good environment for the occupation the development of overseas students in China, the returnees can more quickly adapt to the local environment. It in order to help them better, faster to realize their values, and I think it will play a very important role in the long-term development of china.This paper attempts to describe the present situation of occupation overseas returnees from different angles, analyze problems and obstacles existing in the process of their domestic occupation development, explore its reasons, and puts forward some opinions and advices, in order to be able to make a little contribution to occupation development for returned overseas students.
