In recent years, supply chain finance has become more and more popular to thecommercial bank. And to the bank, it has become one of the most important newprofit point. First, the article explains the background and the research meaning ofsupply chain finance. It also studied the development present situation of supply chainfinance at home and abroad. Then it analyzed the related theoretical basis. On thisbasis, the article mainly introduced the three main financing model of supply chainfinance, including business process and applicable objects of various models. It hastargeted solved the different nodes of the small and medium-sized enterprise’sfinancing difficult situation. In addition, the article also analyzed several commercialbanks’ development present situation of supply chain finance, which carried out thebusiness earlier. And mainly made a SWOT analysis on P bank’s businessdevelopment in order to help the bank making the most suitable decision for supplychain finance in present stage. AS the widely development of supply chain finance, Pbank’s traditional evaluation of credit risk couldn’t keep up with the steps of supplychain finance development. On the basis of consulting a large number of data, thearticle built the credit risk evaluation system of supply chain finance. Furthermore, itused the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of the new index andreceived the total order of the level, aimed to help P bank to make scientific decisionwhen carry out credit risk evaluation of supply chain finance. Finally, the articlestudied the development trend of supply chain finance and put forward the reasonablesuggestions of it.
