Research On Supply Chain Financing Model And Risk Of Bank Of China

Along with the development of market economy, supply chain finance as a new mode of financing, supply chain finance not only can effectively alleviate the financing problems of the small and medium-sized enterprises in the supply chain upstream and downstream, as for bank, but also can meet the demands of high quality enterprises directly, and close cooperation with the core business relationships through mass marketing of "one to many", has been widely concerned because of its ability to solve effective problems of the shortage of funds for small and medium-sized enterprises. The supply chain finance in Bank of China has developed very rapidly, but there are also some problems that restrict the further development of supply chain finance, such as marketing channels, team construction of credit policy. According to the worldwide theories of supply chain finance in recent years, this paper lay emphasis on studies the modes and risk points of supply chain finance; and analyzes Bank of China’s present situation of supply chain finance business, survey and interview are used for collecting research data through focusing on supply chain financing demand of corporate customers, supply chain financing product structure, main problems and risk management of supply chain finance. This paper also discusses projects supply chain finance business cases and risk points of innovative products of supply chain finance in Bank of China, discovers that Bank of China designed full and structured services scheme, based on the online financing project, has researched on the innovated project of new mode of supply chain through the full range control of credit risk, and achieved certain results. This paper also proposes the establishment of organization structure, the improvement of internal control mechanism, the cultivation of professional talents, the promotion of the electronic constructions for the development of supply chain finance in Bank of China. This research does the theoretical analysis for the supply chain business in China, and the analysis of the business model and risk analysis is significant for the development of the business.
