Along with the coming of knowledge economy times and the further development of economic globalization, enterprises are facing the complex environment and more vigorous market competition. In this new situation, the business enterprise should adopt which kind of the management thought and tool to resolve management Problem is puzzling enterprise. Emergence of ERP system provides effective management ideas and tools for enterprise.ERP system (enterprise Resource Planning) as a advanced integrated system, develop into important means and tools to enhance the management level of enterprises and competitive ability. There have been much research on ERP theory, and many enterprises have implemented ERP system, however, the process of ERP system implementation do not go off smoothly, even many enterprises have paid heavy price in process of ERP system implement.This paper analyzes the existing ERP theory and combines with my ERP implementation experience, taking CZ enterprise as an example to build a complete set of application methodology of ERP system. This article is provided to help enterprises to implement ERP system, improve the success rate and efficiency of ERP system implementation.
