NN Telecommunication branch, under the jurisdiction of China TelecomCorporation Limited, is a provincial full-service telecom operator. In recent years, withthe issue of3G licenses to the three major telecommunications operators by Chinesegovernment, as well as the progress in integrating telecom, broadcasting and Internetnetworks, the market competition becomes increasingly fierce, resulting in thecompetition form of telecom industry turning from homogeneous to heterogeneous. Inthe circumstance of facing with slower growth in telecom industry and competing withmore full-service operators, the strategy “Channel is king, channel gets the upper hand”becomes more significant, therefore the channel capacity level of the company has beenthe core competence in the telecom industry.In this paper, taking NN Telecommunication branch as the research object, wemake a comprehensive, systematic, and thorough analysis on the current channelcapacity of the company. Combining channel management as theoretical fundamental,we further comprehensively analyze the channel human structure, channel capacitydistribution, channel performance application effect, channel operation process support,and so on. Based on the large amounts of data obtained from frontline research, weensure channel capacity analysis to have practical application value through theoreticalanalysis and actual operation. We hope that the research results here can play a practicalguidable role on improving the channel capacity of NN Telecommunication branch.
