As a service industry, homogeneous competition became more competitive, the telecommunication companies always use low price marketing strategy to snatch customers. Channels have become the strategic sources of the tele-communication companies.At beginning studied the channels theories of marketing management, analysis the benefits of strengthen the construction of self-management channels. Telecom enterprises of C City have built their own channels and combined channel and have made great achievement in self-management channel Since 2003. It improves the image of service a lot.Next, the article inspired through the study of channels instruction of other telecommunication companies, proposed improvement targets of self-management channels in Telecom enterprises of C City. Then draw a set of programs from the integration of channels, channel coordination and so on, and made suggestions in talent development, incentive mechanism, etc, in order to deliver the program effectively.Last, the article measured the improvement effects of self-management channels from channel from business development, revenue development and so on, and made notes during the process.
