The Research On The Problem Of Small&Micro-enterprises Financing Of Manzhouli

Nowadays, smallµ-enterprises are the foundation of national economy and play avery important role on social stability, economic growth, employment and scientific andtechnological innovation. With the influence of European and American debt crisis, the worldeconomy is in depression. As a result, the problem of smallµ-enterprises financingbecomes clear and receives a lot of attention. In fact, smallµ-enterprises have beenplagued by financing problems for a long time. The problem has become one of the biggestbarriers of smallµ-enterprises development. We can see the urgent need to research onsmallµ-enterprises financing.This essay focuses on the border trade smallµ-enterprises of Manzhouli. Basedon the information asymmetry theory and theory of financing life cycle of enterprises, theauthor has studied domestic and foreign literature on financing of middle&small-enterprises,analyzed the status and problems of border trade in Manzhouli and financing of border tradesmallµ-enterprises in Manzhouli, learnt advanced experience from all over the world.Finally, the author writes “the development of credit and credit information system of smallµ-enterprises is the key to solve the financing problems of smallµ-enterprisesand the development of foreign trade financing if also a good way to solve the problem.”Specific countermeasures and suggestions are made on the two aspects mentioned above.
