A Study On Development Strategy On Agricultural Products Logistics Park Of Changsha

An agricultural product logistics park is an important component of the agricultural products logistics system. It is the symbol of advanced level and the core of agricultural products logistics system. The development of the agricultural product logistics park has an important influence and effect on Changsha’s city construction and the surrounding agricultural development. Through analysis Changsha logistics park’s development, problems like agricultural products’logistics resources is too dispersed and a single logistics company competitiveness is too weak could be solved. At the same time, It can increase the scale and specification of the agricultural products logistics, and reduce costs, and realize various functions of agricultural logistics function.Based on the results of relevant research at home and abroad, some basic theories such as logistics park, supply chain and agricultural products circulation are introduced. First, it analyzed the current situation of the development of agricultural product logistics park in Changsha, then take Mawangdui and Red star, which are two agricultural products logistics parks, into empirical research. At last, several suggestions were made to promote agriculture product’s rapid and health development.This paper includes four parts:The first part is basic theory, it mainly summarized and reviewed the present situation and existing problems of related issues at home and abroad, as well as systematically combs the related theories of the logistics park, agricultural products logistics park, supply chain, agricultural products supply chain, agricultural products circulation. The second part expounds the current situation of the development of agricultural product logistics park in Changsha, analyzed the Mawangdui and Red star two main agricultural products logistics parks, and summarize the development bottleneck of theirs. The third part take domestic and foreign advanced agricultural products logistics park into comparative analysis, especially to the Japan, the United States,Shandong Shouguang and Shenzhen Sea Star four advanced agricultural products logistics park. The fourth part suggestions on development of Changsha City agricultural products logistics park were made.These suggestion are based on the combination of experience from aboard and at home and local characters and situation.This paper could provide theoretical support for the construction agricultural product logistics park of Changsha, and promotes the parks healthy and sustainable development.
