Since entering the new era,the development of China’s economic level has been stable and the quality of the daily life of the people has been continuously improved.In 2014,the State Council issued the “Medium and Long-term Plan for the Development of Logistics Industry”,which mentioned the further growth of agricultural modernization in China at this stage.The daily demand for large-scale agricultural products cold chain logistics and fresh agricultural products cold chain logistics is increasing,and it needs to be strengthened.The construction of cold chain logistics facilities for agricultural products supports the construction of facilities for pre-cooling,primary processing,cold storage and cold chain transportation of large fresh agricultural products,forming a distribution center for key varieties of agricultural products,and upgrading the level of cold chain facilities of important nodes such as wholesale markets.Improve the cold chain logistics network.As the capital city of Jiangxi Province,Nanchang City has a good economic development and a high level of living consumption.Cold chain logistics has a broad development prospect.According to the data of the 2016 Agricultural Census,there are 3,700 agricultural business units in Nanchang,about 419,900 professional households engaged in agricultural management,and about 114,000 large-scale agricultural business households,creating a large-scale agricultural product cold chain logistics development in Nanchang.More favorable external conditions.On the other hand,the production,processing and operation of related agricultural products in Nanchang are mostly undertaken by local farmers and small and micro enterprises,resulting in a low overall management level,serious industry segmentation,and the inability to obtain large-scale application of advanced technologies.This has led to the frequent occurrence of mass decay and deterioration in the daily circulation of agricultural products,which affects the final sale of products.At the same time,there are few studies on the development status of cold chain logistics in Nanchang.Therefore,it is difficult to understand the basic situation of the cold chain logistics of agricultural products in Nanchang and the links that need to be improved and strengthened.Therefore,it is very necessary and timely to study the development status of agricultural cold chain logistics in Nanchang City,find out the shortcomings that restrict development,and propose suggestions for improvement.This paper analyzes the development status of cold chain logistics in Nanchang City from three aspects: agricultural product cold chain logistics operation mode,supply and demand status and development level.In the process of researching the development level,the factor analysis method is used to analyze the central provincial capital and The administrative level is a provincial-level city(excluding Urumqi,Xining,Lhasa,and Haikou)in the general prefecture-level cities.The horizontal comparison shows that the development of agricultural cold chain logistics in Nanchang is in a medium position.Then combined with the results of principal component analysis,the problems and constraints in the development of agricultural cold chain logistics in Nanchang City were studied.At present,the factors that restrict the development of agricultural cold chain logistics in the region include the limited support and specialization level.Low and weak corporate strength in three aspects.In addition,the corresponding problems in the research process are proposed from the government,enterprises and consumers.
