Research On The Financing Problems Of Science And Technology Based SMEs

Science and Technology based Small and Medium-sized enterprises play a very important role in our national economy and social development. Promoting Science and Technology based SMEs’ development is the important basis to maintain stable and rapid economic development.And it’s also a major strategic task for the livelihood and social stability. But due to limited financing channels, they have been facing problems on raising money for a long time. Luckily our central government has carried out some relevant policies and measures to increase taxation, credit and other supporting efforts. The Science and Technology based SMEs’business environment has been greatly improved and the production and operation of the SMEs have been positively changed, but the future of the Science and Technology based SMEs is still very grim. How to improve the efficiency of SMEs financing and to solve the problems of financial support is becoming an important issue in the current social and economic development.Combining the actuality and existing problems of our financial market, the thesis analyses the main causes which lead to the Science and Technology based SMEs’financing difficulties. The research background of the thesis is the current situation of the Science and Technology based SMEs. The thesis pursues the ways to solve the current financial difficulties through drawing on the successful experience of the developed countries and areas. The thesis puts forwards the countermeasure from the macro and micro levels. We hope that it will provide some solutions to those problems for the Science and Technology based SMEs financing difficulties.
