Countermeasures To The Existed Problems Of Enhancing Cooperation Between Sci-Tech And Finance Of The Small And Medium-sized Enterprises

Science and technology are always the primary productive forces. Various kinds offinancing institutions convert the financial capital into industrial capital throughinvestment; they provide strong support for the scientific innovations. Currently, thereformation is meeting with a hard time and more complicated situations, speeding up theeconomic development through independent innovation is the major strategic task of thenew era. However, financial repression hindered the development of science andtechnology innovation activities, in particular, the small and medium-sized enterpriseshave been facing financing difficulties. Therefore, how to boost the development of smalland medium-sized technology-based enterprises is becoming a significant issue which hasa great theoretical and practical value.Therefore, with the help of domestic financial science and technology、enterpriselife cycle theory, this article embrace the core problem science and technology financialpromote the development of small and medium-sized enterprises,setout from the growthof life cycle of the small and medium-sized enterprise, analyze small and mid-sizedenterprise, analyze small and mid-sized enterprise,analyze small and mid-sized enterprisefinancing channels which could be used in different growth stage comprehensively,as wellas how does the government in different stages provide enterprises with direct or indirectfinancial service project.Based on the previous study and with almost one year, this paper probed deeply into175science-and-technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), togetherwith24financing institutions. It discusses the financing difficulties based on the statusquo and the latest model, and proposes several countermeasures to solve these problems.For instance, local government support, constructing multilayered capital market,enhancing financing innovations and services, and improving policy and legal systemenvironment, etc.Of course,confined to the academic limits of the researcher, this paper still has manydeficiencies. In this regard, the conclusions and outlook parts of the paper put forward twomain limitations and two issues which need study further deeply.
