For the largest domestic Internet companies TX companies, the use of excellent software and hardware facilities, it can improve the operating efficiency of electronic business site, but really want to create business business web site itself unique value, must raise an user to business business website viscosity, that is to say, the user instead of technology, only TX is the company calls to business success. How to find out the business platform site factors influencing customer loyalty, innovation platform of electronic business affairs in the operation and management mode under the background of Internet management science, is one of the most important research topics. It is also the author of TX Company in Internet business systems important to optimize the direction.From the present research situation, research about the relationship between electronic commerce website functional value, process value, social value and customer loyalty of four, domestic has not complete, and used to guide the practical case can be counted on one’s fingers. Methods of empirical research questionnaire used in this research, using structural equation model checking tools, in the review of many domestic and foreign experts and scholars on e-commerce website customer and network customer loyalty and based on the analysis of TX e-commerce platform for customer loyalty operation status, to e-commerce website functionality, procedural, social value effect of loyalty to the customer as the breakthrough point, were analyzed for TX e-commerce platform of the network customer loyalty formation mechanism. By using the structural equation model (SEM) analysis results showed:functional, the program of TX e-commerce websites and social value to the network customer loyalty has a direct positive effect, and basically followed the value, functional value, social value, the program according to the results, this paper puts forward the optimization strategy of TX company to develop the electronic commerce platform, to maximize the advantages of resources, have reference practical.
