Many changes have been brought to our life, especially in the end of last century based on the application of web2.0. The society makes progress but brings much problem, too. According to the report of CNNIC, more and more Chinese cyber citizens tend to be lower age’s people. Hence, we see that more and more children become mature ahead of time, which is worried by parents and educators. Another phenomenon is that nowadays childhood has disappeared gradually for Chinese children owing to busy parents, advanced technology, heavy schoolwork and high-rise building. We have to advocate healthy growth for children. Children society net-work site (SNS) that comes from western foreign countries helps us solve this problem. However, owing to worries of parents on web game and negative information, Chinese parents do not trust this new product and stop their children playing on it. Hence, how to operate children SNS and make healthy model for corporation, parents and children is a crucial issue and hot topic in the field of internet.Hence, this paper carries on the study of children SNS using flow experience theory and model to analyze what factors influence the generation of flow in children SNS for children and whether the flow will influence motivation of purchasing on line and what role parents play there. Meanwhile, in this paper, author adds another compared group that is adult SNS to analyze differences of them in order to summarize the special influenced features of children SNS and make some brief and useful suggestions for corporation to operate on the behalf of benefit and social responsibility.In this paper, author mainly uses questionnaire method to study these two parts, along with software SPSS13.0and AMOS7.0analyzing data and model. Finally, the effective number of questionnaire collected of adult and children is187and100respectively. There is a brief summary of result of this research as following:1.Firstly, compared with the basic model, both of adult and children model have some changes, but the part of adult is more.2.Secondly, the coefficient ratio from latent variable "related experience" to flow experience of children is high which demonstrates that children nowadays quite need to get in group to growth, hence, parents and educator should creates such opportunity for them.3.Thirdly, compared the coefficient rations from latent variable "flow experience" to purchase motivation on line between adult and children, we see that the part of adult is higher than that in the part of children owing to the influence of parents.4.Finally, author gives some suggestions for corporation such as make parents trust them first and create healthy and green environment for children and so on.
