Farmers’income is the current our country agriculture and rural development is the focus of attention problems. If farmers income minus only does not increase will inevitably affect the consolidation of agriculture as the foundation of influence the stability of the rural market, affect social stability and unity and restraining the growth of the national economy. In recent years, from central to local levels, various effective measures and means are taken to promote the farmers’ income, farmers income continues to increase in recent years. But this kind of growth mode is a kind of external factors stimulate given, once the external positive policy incentives disappeared, the farmers income growth may also disappear. Truly one of the key to increasing farmers income conditions or to improve the quality of the farmers themselves. Farmers themselves have the ability to adapt to market competition, will be able to adapt and respond to the change of external environment, increase their income steadily. Through strengthening the education of farmers to improve the quality of farmers, this is not only to maintain sustained development of farmers this group one of the means, is also an important means to improve our overall national quality. China’s vast territory, the unbalanced regional development, the disparity between eastern, central and western region development, different regions of farmer household income gap caused by different level of education. In this paper, according to the survey of the existing statistical data, by the method of linear regression, level of education and income of farmers in different regions of the comparison and analysis:the first is the east central and western provinces farmers highest level of education for the college graduate or above, minimum level of education is not to go to school. Farmers an average level of education is still concentrated in the junior high school-high school at this stage, and the eastern province of farmers average by the highest level of education, western provinces the lowest average education level of farmers, The highest, the second is the eastern province of their household income is the lowest in the western province of farmers. The eastern province of farmer’s income level difference, the largest western provinces the income level of farmers minimize differences; The third is farmers affected by education level has a positive impact on their household income, and regional differences. Recommended by strengthening the rural education to improve the quality of farmers.
