With the rapid development of economy and the popularization of the Internet, reverse auction, as a resource-acquisition means, is more and more applied to theenterprise procurement directly or indirectly, which shows a wide prospect. Throughthe reverse auction, the buyer would not only improve his allocative efficiency, butalso reduce his procurement costs, and the supplier would give full play to theircompetitive advantage, so as to realize the win-win goal. However, the most existingmodel of multi-attribute auction is based on strict hypothesis, which does notcorrespond with facts, is difficult to meet the practical needs of the situation andhinders the application and further development of auction, the problem cries forresearch and solution.Today in large enterprises procurement, any single supplier may not meet theprocurement demands of these enterprises. In this case, we study the multi-attributereverse auction mechanism with multiple winners in different purchasing environmentin the paper. First, on the basis of the analysis of the domestic and internationalresearch, combined with the reality of objective circumstances, we buildmulti-attribute auction mechanisms of discriminatory price and uniform pricerespectively. Mechanism designed is more in line with reality procurementenvironment and with the characteristics of incentive compatibility. Then, we provethe optimal strategies based on the multi-attribute utility theory and probability theory. Finally, an example is explained.
