Because of the financial markets, liberalization and the rise of the acceleration of technological progress,"Shadow banking system" as a new attempt of financial innovation, has been developing rapidly in the past few years, and its regulatory issues are more and more attention. Especially after the2008financial crisis, countries have realized the importance of the steady development of the shadow banking system. Countries lessons from the financial crisis, and they decided to strengthen the regulatory of shadow banking system. The Basel Ⅲ enacted by the end of2010, it has strict requirements of Macro-prudential supervision and systemic risk. This shows that the international financial regulatory system has begun a major reform of the global financial regulation.Although our government has paid close attention to the vulnerability of the shadow banking system, and strictly guard against the shadow banking system risk, but there are many shortcomings and problems in our current shadow banking system. The people’s Bank of China issued a report in2012clearly pointed out the need to "further strengthen the macro prudential supervision, improve the effectiveness of macroeconomic regulation and control", how to reform the traditional based on the Basel Ⅲ on the financial regulatory system, has become an important topic in the future of China’s shadow banking supervision.This article is based on the development trend of China’s shadow banks, according to the basis theory of shadow banks and Macro-prudential supervision, compared with the experience of the western developed countries. It analysis the problems of China’s shadow banking, and thereby enhancing the stability of the shadow banking to prevent systemic risk and ensure the stable development of the financial sector.
